Terms of Service

1. Service Scope

AI Image Extender (“the Service”) is operated by AI Image Extender (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

You may use limited features without an account. To access paid features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create a paid account.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not upload, generate, or distribute content that:

• Is sexually explicit, obscene, or otherwise harmful;
• Depicts or facilitates violence, hatred, or illegal activity;
• Infringes any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Impersonates any person or entity, or misrepresents your identity;
• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these requirements without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the images you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely to provide the requested output. We do not claim ownership of your content. Output images are yours to use commercially, subject to the rights in any source material you uploaded.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

We offer free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as described at the time of purchase. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

• Free plan: Includes a limited number of image generations with watermarked outputs.
• Premium and Pro plans: Include 100 HD image generations per month, watermark-free downloads, and (Pro only) batch upload. Credits reset at each billing renewal and do not roll over.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice to active subscribers.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the in-app subscription management portal. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods except where required by applicable law. For billing disputes or refund requests, contact us at feedback@aiimageextender.io within 14 days of the charge. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

7. Availability and Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or a prominent notice in the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
