2. Image Processing

Images you upload are transmitted to our AI processing provider to generate the expanded output. We retain operational records needed for billing, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. Uploaded images are not used to train AI models and are not shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve the Service;
• To process payments and manage subscriptions;
• To send transactional emails (e.g., receipts, account alerts);
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or policy violations;

• Supabase — Authentication and database hosting;
• Replicate — AI image processing;
• Creem — Payment processing and subscription management;
• Vercel — Application hosting and edge delivery.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active and for up to 90 days after deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Usage logs are retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
